• Route lead details to the designated client segment on your dashboard.
• Enable your sales agents and administrators to contact prospects for bookings.
• Generate aggregate conversion and platform statistics for your campaigns.

3. Data Retention and Security

All data is stored in a secure local database environment on our hosting servers. We implement standard industry security controls (including SSL encryption for all web requests) to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or exposure of lead data.

4. Data Deletion Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are a prospect or page administrator and wish to have your lead information permanently deleted from our database, you may request deletion by contacting us at: info@sannainnovations.com.

Administrators can request the removal of specific page connections or database purges at any time. All verified deletion requests will be completed within 48 business hours.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent lead data to third parties. Data is processed exclusively for the purpose of serving your designated business CRM.
